3D Models
Choose a base layout and square footage with the number of Bedrooms you need and adjust the models to fit your needs and wishes. What is of most importance is that the models do not have to be a 100% match to your needs. You can export the plan as dxf or dwg files which can be converted to Working Drawings OR you can locate a Designer or Architect in your locale that uses the CADSOFT ENVSIONEER product that is capable of generating Working Drawings directly from your plan changes.
Did you know that 2D Velum Plans (allows you to make changes) can cost $1000. Did you know that a standard 2D Plan Set can cost $600 and any and all changes can cost up to $150 per change order.
